I don't care

As I stare at the clock, and watch as every second goes by, I sit here confused and sad knowing I want to die. I can't really feel anything now, not even the flame from a fire. Life should just end now since theres nothing for me to desire. My body feels lifeless like as if I were a ghost. Just wondering around, noticed by no one, Stealing toast. When I fall down, no one helps me back up, no offer of a hand Wipe off the dirt and rocks from my flesh and blood. I let everything slip from my fingers because I didn't keep a hold Watching it leave me made my heart go cold. I tried to pretend there was still some in my palm But when I noticed it was all actually gone, my state was nothing, not even calm. I was thrown into my own despair, I search for a way out, But it is always there. I knew it was going to happen since the start I knew I was going to end up being the only one with a broken heart. Everything just feels so hollow now. Dragged down by the bindings of these invisible chains, Dragging them through as they get heavier, increasing the pains. It's impossible to revive, the death eating me alive. Ask me a question and I'll give you my answer. Look into my eyes and stare, To see nothing, not even a soul.
